IEEE CBI, now in its 3rd edition, plays an active role in the bootstrap process of the growing scientific and professional communities of the emerging field of Business Informatics.
The organizers of IEEE CBI 2015 view the main sessions and the associated workshops as key instruments of this community building effort, and therefore favour full conference participation and intense interaction between researchers and professionals, with their diversity of interests and experiences, during the entire conference duration.
Therefore, our policy regards the main conference sessions and the workshops sessions as a common event, definitively not be seen as separate events.
Recognizing however that there may be those who do not have the time to attend the event for more than one day, a special s workshop attendance only fee is available, which however excludes all other full conference activities and social functions.
Each paper accepted to be presented either in a conference session or in a workshop and consequently published in the Proceedings, MUST be associated with a distinct author full conference registration before 29 May 2015.
Early bird rate is applicable for registrations before 14 June 2015.

Registration Procedure
IEEE No Show Policy: IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Registration by e-mail or phone will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to carefully read all the following information, first.
Important: CBI2015 will cross-check all IEEE memberships against IEEEs database. Please make sure that you have renewed your membership for 2015. Students will be required to show their student (and IEEE, if applicable) membership card(s) at the conference Registration Desk.
Note: Student registration is restricted to B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. candidates with student status. Research assistants which are employed by their university must register at full rate.
Payment Methods
Online payments by credit card must be made in U.S. dollars.
The online Registration also allows payments by Wire Transfer. However, this method requires approval in advance by contacting the CBI 2015 Registration Office at . If approved, we will send an email with instructions for the Wire Transfer, and another email confirming your Registration after the payment is received in our bank.
On-site Registration and payment accepts credit card and cash (in Euro) payments only. No other type of payment will be accepted.
Online Registration
Online registration and payment is highly recommended.
Online payments can be remitted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are acceptable), processed through the IEEE secure web-based credit card payment and and must be made in U.S. dollars.
